Tomorrow’s Leaders is a networking organization composed of dedicated 20 - 30 year old young professionals who are committed to supporting Ronald McDonald House of Phoenix. The purpose of the group is to raise awareness of and contributions for the House. In addition to these two main goals, the group will also work to build a networking organization that will give future community leaders opportunities to receive valuable training in the Phoenix non-profit community.

Sixty strong, the Ronald McDonald House of Phoenix's Tomorrow's Leaders (TL) group is already blazing their own trail. RMHC Board member Eric Sloan started the group in October 2006. Thanks to a successful "friendraising" mixer at Grayhawk Golf Course on February 7, 2007 the group has grown from 12 to 60 members. Wasting no time, TL members began their volunteer service by cooking dinner once a month for the families who need to call Ronald McDonald House their home away from home. Tomorrow's Leaders first fundraising event Raise Some Green on the Green Golf Tournament held on May 5, 2007 raised over $34,000 for the House.
